Shayna her journey as a real estate agent 15 years ago, Shayna swiftly transitioned to specialize in property management early in her career, where her skills flourished as a leasing agent.  Shayna worked her way through the ranks to the position of Senior Property Manager, where she spent years overseeing multiple assets, onsite staff and managing client/vendor relationships.  However, in her most recent role as Director of Leasing Operations, she oversaw a complex portfolio, which included commercial spaces, and found herself eager to become more involved in commercial property management.  
 

Beyond her professional endeavors, Shayna is a devoted mother to four children, who enjoys reading, traveling and being outdoors. She also serves as an advocate for The Epilepsy Foundation, channelling her passion into supporting and raising awareness for those affected by epilepsy, drawing inspriation from her daughter's courageous battle with the condition.
